May fitness challenge {dancer's legs workout}

It's May! And that means:
warmer weather 
I'm finished with the semester
graduation festivities for my friends
summer break
and…a new fitness challenge!

I've learned that I have to mix up my fitness in order to stay interested. And, I really enjoy fitness challenges. I loved the April fitness challenge and definitely felt the burn as the workouts got longer. This May fitness challenge via Back on Pointe is perfect for toning the lower body.

I just did this workout and it was a challenge, but felt great afterward (especially the stretching at the end)! Let me know if you decide to join this month's fitness challenge :)

  1. I actually have this printed out and hanging on my wall! I plan to participate in this challenge as well. I've become really slack with my fitness but this month I'm rededicating myself to taking care of myself again. I think I might start with abs and squats first and do this one next month.
