The best part about featuring my roommate and her cooking on my blog? She loves it and keeps cooking amazing meals! OK, so last time I shared some tilapia she made, and some of you said how you like salmon (so do I). Alexandria got really creative with her salmon dish by making it orange flavored (similar to orange chicken) and adding some brussels sprouts as a side dish. And this was my favorite meal of her's to date. Check out photos (click them to make them bigger) I took of her cooking, and the recipes are below!

Recipes:
Orange Salmon
Orange Marmalade 3/4 cup
Butter 2 tablespoons
Orange Juice 1/2 cup
Teriyaki Sauce 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce 6 tablespoons
Worcestershire Sauce 1 tablespoon
Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tablespoons
Olive Oil 1/4 cup
Garlic 2 cloves, minced
Brown Sugar 1 tablespoon
Liquid Smoke 1/2 teaspoon
Dried Onion 2 tablespoons
Parsley 3 tablespoons
Sprinkle black pepper and red pepper
Stir it all up in a medium sized bowl. Pour the contents over the salmon in a baking dish. Bake for 35-50 min. on 375 degrees.
Brussels sprouts
Olive Oil
Paprika
Garlic
Mint
Cayenne
Mix the following in a small bowl. After rinsing brussels sprouts, put them in a baking dish. Pour mixed ingredients over brussels sprouts and add water as needed. Bake for 15 min, on 350 degrees.

Now that looks and sounds good! I've been on a Honey Soy Glaze kick with my Salmon but I must give this a try. We always have oranges around the house. I will def give this a try!
