Thanksgiving break is over (sighhh). It was such a fun holiday full of food, family, fun, and a great new challenge for the end of the year. But it's time to buckle down and get back on the clean eating and fitness routine. I'm starting grad school in about a month and I want to have my clean eating routine down before then so I can maintain a healthy lifestyle even as a grad student.
BEFORE |
My roommate made another amazing healthy meal, baked tilapia! It took her little to no time to prepare then she just let it bake and viola…it was ready and looked beautiful.
AFTER |
Baked Tilapia recipe
Baked tilapia (2 pieces)
Celery (chopped)
Mixed baby peppers (chopped)
Red onions
Lemon pepper
Basil
Black pepper
Cayenne (powder)
Rinse tilapia then place on baking tray
Sprinkle with lemon pepper, basil, black pepper, cayenne
Add veggies on top
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes, until done
I eat chicken a lot with my clean meals, so I'm always looking for new ways to cook fish to add to my meals.
What's your favorite fish to eat?
That actually looks really delicious! I am so hungry after reading this post!

ReplyDeleteI need to do a cleanse.....just start all over. My Thanksgiving really wasn't that bad....it was the days after that was a hot mess. Weird.
Oh dear, after eating so much this weekend, I definitely need to focus on eating well again. And cooking again. I ate out way too much. You are a good inspiration to remind me that clean eating can also be tasty!
ReplyDeleteI like eating but I can't really cook, so I prefer to eat out.
