Ebenezer Baptist Church {Atlanta}

Another question I get pretty often as a blogger who recommends "all things Atlanta"...where do you attend church

I attend Ebenezer Baptist Church downtown and I love it! I love it for many reasons, one being the spiritual growth I've experienced since I first started attending. Also, I love the combination between the historic feel of Ebenezer and the ultra modern feel of the church and its vision.

  Ebenezer is part of the Martin Luther King Jr. National Historic Site and the church's history has played a major role in Atlanta and U.S. history. People come from all over the world (seriously, we have international visitors every week) to not just see the church, but to attend a service.

Even after years of attending Ebenezer, I'm still in awe and inspired by every service.

 Yesterday was family & friends day, so much fun! I loveeee when friends and family visit and it was great having my dad, brother, niece, cousin, and best friend there yesterday!

My niece & my best friend, Shayla
We have worship services at 8am and 11am.

  12. That's awesome! I'm still trying to find the right church for me. I've been trying them on like shoes and have yet to find the perfect fit. Maybe I should give this one a try... I honestly thought this was just a landmark, I had no idea that this church was still in service. That's incredibly beautiful to me
