My clean eating inspiration

If you've seen my first and second post on clean eating, then you know how much I love it.
But I didn't just wake up one day and decide to start eating healthy foods on a regular basis. One of my best friends, Hannah, inspired my lifestyle adjustment. She has changed her lifestyle and it's evident in her appearance.


I'm still a clean eating rookie, but Hannah is seriously a professional. Check out some of her yummy clean meals below:

Baked apple chips - sliced apples, baked in the oven


Green juice - coconut water, kale, spinach, cucumbers, green apples, kiwis, chia seeds, and celery


Avocado hummus - avocados, chickpeas, spices 


Stuffed portobello mushrooms - topped with spinach, ricatta, kale, tomatos 


Grilled chicken, roasted brussel sprouts, carrots, beets 


Greek yogurt, blueberries, wheat bread topped with avocados 


Broccoli, cucumber, stuffed bell pepper with quinoa + onions + peppers, avocado


Strawberries




Broccoli, naked baked potato, stuffed chicken with lemon slices


Kale, asparagus, stuffed chicken, tomatoes
