Busy week food prep {part 1}

In case I haven't already said it...this week is busy! But exciting because it's my last week as a college student! I'll update you with post-grad plans once all of the graduation madness settles down.

 Just wanted to share how my amazing friend, Hannah, preps her food for an entire week. She posted it on her Instagram and I thought it was too great :)

She goes grocery shopping at the beginning of the week.

 Then, cleans, organizes, cuts, and stores her food for the week. Prepping food all at once and safely storing it is great for people with busy schedules to just grab a container with healthy foods to eat!

Blueberries, beets, grapes, peppers, spinach, strawberries

Bread, cucumber, avocado, granola bars, yogurt

Berries, bananas, vitamins
