Unplugged

Unplugged - Every now and then I have to take a break from the fast paced city life & the stressors of being a college student and just unplug. Sunday's are one of my favorite days because I usually attend a great/inspirational church service then spend the afternoon relaxing with family or friends. It's a great day to regroup and prepare for a new week!

Here are some ideas for how to spend your Sunday afternoon in our beautiful city!

Piedmont Park

Unplugged in the Park: free concert series at Piedmont Park and Park Tavern
Virginia-Highland Summerfest 2012: markets, music, and events for the whole family!
FREE CPR Classes for the Family: classes are taught by the American Heart Association
Community Day at The Woodruff: free activities, workshops, and music for the family!

If you'd rather stay in for the day, be sure to flip through Issue No. 4 of Sweet Lemon Magazine! And be sure to checkout page 78 :)

Take time to have fun and relax with the family before the weekend ends! Treat yourself!
